The Process
- Existing processes: FSNDigital fit into the existing design process ensuring teams had the models they needed printed on time
- High precision: Ensuring manufacturing process is calibrated to ensure compliance with necessary tolerance limitations
- Vibration Dampening: Integrated dampening system for stable video capture
- Weight Distribution: Optimized center of gravity for better handling
Development Results
Linking into the iterative prototyping that the teams were already doing was simple when using our printing pathway, allowing teams to upload new designs for printing quickly and effortlessly. We used advanced 3D printing techniques for initial prototypes before moving to carbon fibre to match the production expectations as close as possible.
Project Timeline: This project was completed in 6 weeks from initial concept to final prototype delivery.
